What counts as an answer?
Each time your chatbot replies, it counts as an answer. But if your chatbot can't answer something, it says so - and that doesn't count.
Will we run out?
It's unlikely. Standard has room for more than four hundred questions on every working day of the month, which is well beyond what most organisations ask. If you ever get close we'll let you know in good time.
How big can the knowledge base be?
Load everything - handbooks, policies, procedures. There are no document limits on any plan, within fair use.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes. Card payment is instant, and we can invoice you instead if your organisation needs a purchase order - just ask.
What about VAT?
